Refund & Return Policy

All purchases made through www.superfuels.co.in are considered final, and we do not accept returns once an order has been successfully placed.

However, we do provide a full replacement for any product that arrives in a damaged condition. To initiate a replacement request, our support team will verify the issue through email or phone communication. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please note that replacements, returns, or refunds will not be processed under the following circumstances:

  • The request is submitted more than 24 hours after delivery.
  • The product is received with tampered seals, damaged packaging, or missing labels/price tags.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Cancellations prior to dispatch may be considered at the sole discretion of the Company. We generally accommodate genuine requests to the best of our ability.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed back to the original payment method (card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 10–14 business days of receiving your request.

We also offer the convenience of a SUPERFUELS store credit coupon, which can be used toward future purchases on our website within the validity period.

Fraudulent or Suspect Transactions

If we identify any transaction that appears fraudulent or does not comply with our Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion. Refunds in such cases will follow our internal verification process.
