1. Shipping Availability

SUPERFUELS currently ships only within India.
International shipping services are not offered at the moment.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Order Processing (Domestic – India)

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days from the time they are placed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders are delivered in:

  • 10–12 business days for metros and commonly serviced locations
  • 15–20 business days for remote or hard-to-reach areas

Delivery times may vary depending on courier operational capacity, weather conditions, holiday periods, or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping & Delivery Procedure

  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouse via reputable logistics partners.
  • Delivery may require a signature or confirmation.
    If you are unavailable, you may authorize another individual (family member, neighbour, etc.) to receive the parcel.
  • After the order is delivered, SUPERFUELS cannot take responsibility for loss, theft, or damage occurring post-delivery.

Please inspect your package upon receipt to ensure the products are in good condition.

4. Damages, Issues & Customer Support

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

SUPERFUELS does not offer free shipping.

  • Charges may vary based on product weight, size, packaging, and delivery location.
  • The final shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you make payment.

International shipping charges will be added once such services are introduced in the future.

6. Additional Information

  • Delivery delays due to courier partner constraints or external factors (weather, strikes, local restrictions) are beyond SUPERFUELS' control.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery addresses cannot be modified.
  • Large orders may be shipped in multiple parcels based on availability.
